达格列净联合二甲双胍及吡格列酮对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及生化指标的影响

Effects of Dagliprazin Combined with Metformin and Pioglitazone on Blood Glucose Level and Biochemical Indicators in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究达格列净联合二甲双胍及吡格列酮对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平及生化指标的影响.方法选择2021年5月—2022年5月我院收治的128例老年T2DM患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组64例.对照组采用二甲双胍及吡格列酮治疗,观察组在此基础上采用达格列净治疗,均持续6个月.比较两组患者的血糖水平、生化指标及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(6.86±0.78)mmol/L、(9.01±1.01)mmol/L、(6.51±1.02)%,均低于对照组的(8.14±0.95)mmol/L、(10.47±1.18)mmol/L、(7.69±1.49)%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的胆固醇素、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平分别为(5.18±1.21)mmol/L、(4.02±1.96)mmol/L、(3.43±0.61)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(5.98±1.84)mmol/L、(4.82±1.26)mmol/L、(3.69±0.82)mmol/L,空腹胰岛素水平为(11.78±2.01)mU/L,高于对照组的(8.89±1.76)mU/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论采用达格列净联合二甲双胍及吡格列酮治疗T2DM患者的效果确切,能降低其血糖水平,改善生化指标,安全可靠.

Objective To study the effects of dagliprazin combined with metformin and pioglitazone on blood glucose level and biochemical indicators in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 128 elderly T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin and pioglitazone,and the observation group was treated with dagliprazin on the basis of this.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The blood glucose levels,biochemical indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and hemoglobin A 1c in the observation group were(6.86±0.78)mmol/L,(9.01±1.01)mmol/L and(6.51±1.02)%,respectively,which were lower than(8.14±0.95)mmol/L,(10.47±1.18)mmol/L and(7.69±1.49)%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were(5.18±1.21)mmol/L,(4.02±1.96)mmol/L and(3.43±0.61)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(5.98±1.84)mmol/L,(4.82±1.26)mmol/L,(3.69±0.82)mmol/L in the control group,The fasting insulin level was(11.78±2.01)mU/L,higher than that of(8.89±1.76)mU/L,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dagliprazin combined with metformin and pioglitazone is effective in the treatment of elderly T2DM patients,which can reduce blood glucose level and improve biochemical indexes,and is safe and reliable.
