中药硬膏热贴敷联合温针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

Application of Chinese Herbal Plaster Hot Application Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究中药硬膏热贴敷联合温针灸在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用价值.方法选取本院2020年7月—2022年6月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=60)采用温针灸干预,研究组(n=60)在此基础上采用中药硬膏热贴敷干预.比较两组患者的腰椎功能、腰腿疼痛程度及生活质量.结果干预10d后,研究组的日本骨科协会治疗评分中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预10d后,研究组的疼痛数字评分为(1.96±0.85)分,低于对照组的(2.75±0.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗10d后,研究组的欧洲五维生存质量量表中的行动能力、日常活动、自我照顾评分均高于对照组,疼痛、焦虑/抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中药硬膏热贴敷联合温针灸干预的效果显著,可缓解腰腿疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提升生活质量.

Objective To explore the application value of Chinese herbal plaster hot application combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=60)was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group(n=60)was treated with Chinese herbal plaster hot application on this basis.The lumbar function,pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 10 days of intervention,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days of intervention,the pain numerical rating scale score of the study group was(1.96±0.85)points,which was lower than(2.75±0.71)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days of treatment,the European 5-Dimensional Quality of Survival Scale of mobility,daily activities and self-care in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pain and anxiety/depression were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lumbar disc herniation,the effect of Chinese herbal plaster hot application combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is significant,which can relieve the pain of lumbar spine,improve the function of lumbar spine and enhance the quality of life.
