标准吞咽功能评级指导的分级康复护理应用于脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的效果

Effect of Graded Rehabilitation Nursing Guided by Standard Swallowing Function Rating on Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

目的探讨标准吞咽功能评级指导的分级康复护理在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍(DAS)患者中的应用效果.方法选择本院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的103例DAS患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组51例,观察组52例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用标准吞咽功能评级指导的分级康复护理,均持续护理1个月.对比两组患者的吞咽功能、生活质量及不良事件发生情况.结果观察组护理后的Burke吞咽障碍筛查量表评分、标准吞咽功能评估量表评分分别为(1.78±0.12)分、(22.65±0.85)分,均低于对照组的(3.33±0.32)分、(26.22±1.02)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表评分为(178.72±10.44)分,高于对照组的(155.60±10.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良事件发生率为3.85%,低于对照组的17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论DAS患者采用标准吞咽功能评级指导的分级康复护理的效果理想,能促进吞咽功能恢复,提升生活质量,减少不良事件的发生.

Objective To investigate the effect of graded rehabilitation nursing guided by standard swallowing function rating in patients with dysphagia after stroke(DAS).Methods 103 DAS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,51 cases in the control group and 52 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received graded rehabilitation nursing guided by standard swallowing function rating.Both groups received continuous nursing for 1 month.The swallowing function,quality of life and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Burke dysphagia screening scale and standard swallowing assessment scale after nursing in the observation group were(1.78±0.12)points and(22.65±0.85)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.33±0.32)points and(26.22±1.02)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swallowing disorder specific quality of life scale of the observation group was(178.72±10.44)points,higher than(155.60±10.78)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.85%,lower than 17.65%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of graded rehabilitation nursing guided by standard swallowing function rating in DAS patients is ideal,which can promote the recovery of swallowing function,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
