电针疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture Therapy on Motor Function in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的分析电针疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响.方法选取本院2021年1月—2022年10月收治的120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为两组.两组均进行常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组(n=60)采用常规针刺疗法,观察组(n=60)采用电针疗法.比较两组患者的运动功能及日常生活能力.结果治疗前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FMA评分为(53.02±1.74)分,高于对照组的(52.09±1.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的改良巴氏指数(MBI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的MBI评分为(7.83±1.01)分,高于对照组的(7.21±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用电针疗法治疗的效果显著,能明显强化其肢体运动功能,提高其日常活动能力,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture therapy on motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Both groups received routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group(n=60)received conventional acupuncture therapy,and the observation group(n=60)received electroacupuncture therapy.The motor function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the FMA score of the observation group was(53.02±1.74)points,higher than(52.09±1.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the modified Barthel index(MBI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the MBI score of the observation group was(7.83±1.01)points,higher than(7.21±1.26)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture therapy has a remarkable effect on acute ischemic stroke patients,which can significantly strengthen the motor function of their limbs and improve their daily activity ability.It is worthy of clinical application.
