温脾散穴位贴敷联合四联疗法对Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者炎症反应及症状积分的影响

Effect of Wenpi San Acupoint Application Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Inflammatory Response and Symptom Score in Patients with Hp Positive Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨温脾散穴位贴敷联合四联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎患者的治疗效果.方法选取2019年8月—2021年10月于我院接受治疗的88例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组44例.对照组采用四联疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上采用温脾散穴位贴敷治疗.比较两组患者的炎症反应指标、症状积分、Hp根除率和复发率及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-11、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的主症及次症积分分别为(3.98±0.43)分、(4.25±0.33)分,均低于对照组的(4.33±0.51)分、(4.73±0.49)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的Hp根除率、复发率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者采用温脾散穴位贴敷联合四联疗法治疗,可有效缓解症状,控制炎症反应,且安全性良好,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Wenpi San acupoint application combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive chronic gastritis.Methods 88 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis who received treatment in the hospital from August 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Wenpi San acupoint application on this basis.The inflammatory response indexes,symptom scores,Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-11 and interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary disease and secondary disease in the observation group were(3.98±0.43)points and(4.25±0.33)points,respectively,which were lower than(4.33±0.51)points and(4.73±0.49)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis with Wenpi San acupoint application combined with quadruple therapy can effectively relieve symptoms and control inflammation response,and has good safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
