局部注射、关节腔内注射联合针灸治疗肩周炎对患者关节功能和疼痛的影响

Effect of Local Injection and Intra Articular Injection Combined with Acupuncture on Joint Function and Pain in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的探析局部注射、关节腔内注射联合针灸治疗肩周炎的效果,并分析其对患者关节功能和疼痛的影响.方法选取2018年10月—2022年10月于本院接受治疗的肩周炎患者70例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为治疗组(n=35)和对照组(n=35).对照组采用局部注射联合关节腔内注射治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用针灸治疗,对比两组的治疗效果.结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组的肩关节功能总评分为(92.31±4.55)分,高于对照组的(77.68±4.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组的疼痛评分为(3.47±0.45)分,低于对照组的(5.26±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组的不良反应发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩周炎患者采用局部注射、关节腔内注射联合针灸治疗的效果理想,可改善其肩关节功能、缓解疼痛,还可减少治疗期间的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the effect of local injection and intra articular injection combined with acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis,and to analyze its influence on joint function and pain.Methods 70 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who received treatment in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a treatment group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)by random envelope method.The control group was treated with local injection combined with intra articular injection,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of shoulder joint function in the treatment group was(92.31±4.55)points,higher than(77.68±4.80)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the treatment group was(3.47±0.45)points,lower than(5.26±0.32)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 8.57%lower than 28.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Local injection,intra articular injection combined with acupuncture for patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis have ideal effects,which can improve the function of shoulder joint,relieve pain,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
