高压氧联合奥塔戈运动锻炼对颅脑损伤患者术后神经功能及运动功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Otago Exercise on Postoperative Neurological and Motor Function Recovery in Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

摘要 目的探究高压氧联合奥塔戈运动锻炼对颅脑损伤患者术后神经功能及运动功能恢复的影响.方法选择2020年10月—2022年8月我院收治的86例颅脑损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43).两组均采用高压氧干预,在此基础上,对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组进行奥塔戈运动锻炼,均持续4周.对比两组患者的神经功能、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力、运动功能及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,Berg平衡量表、Barthel指数评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表上肢、下肢评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评分量表中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活评分分别为(80.12±7.13)分、(82.43±6.14)分、(81.32±5.97)分、(85.61±6.27)分,均高于对照组的(73.23±6.18)分、(75.62±5.61)分、(74.37±5.08)分、(78.52±5.29)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高压氧联合奥塔戈运动锻炼在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果显著,能促进其神经功能、运功功能及平衡功能改善,提升患者生活质量及日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广使用. Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Otago exercise on postoperative neurological and motor function recovery in patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 86 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected and were divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with hyperbaric oxygen intervention,on the basis of which,the control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received Otago exercise.Both groups lasted for 4 weeks.The neurological function,balance function,activities of daily living,motor function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of National Institutes of Health stroke scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of Berg balance scale and Barthel index were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the upper and lower limb scores and total score of Fugl-Meyer assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the observation group were(80.12±7.13)points,(82.43±6.14)points,(81.32±5.97)points and(85.61±6.27)points,respectively,which were higher than(73.23±6.18)points,(75.62±5.61)points,(74.37±5.08)points and(78.52±5.29)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Otago exercise in patients with craniocerebral injury has significant effects,can promote the improvement of neurological function,motor function and balance function,improve their quality of life and the ability of daily living activities,worthy of clinical application.
