红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦软膏对带状疱疹患者血清炎性因子及疼痛介质的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Red and Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Acyclovir Ointment on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Pain Mediators in Patients with Herpes Zoster

摘要 目的探讨红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦软膏对带状疱疹(HZ)患者血清炎性因子及疼痛介质的影响.方法选取2020年1月—2022年9月该院收治的60例HZ患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=30)采用阿昔洛韦软膏涂抹治疗,观察组(n=30)于对照组基础上采用红蓝光照射治疗,两组均治疗7 d.观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前和治疗7d后的血清炎症因子水平及疼痛介质水平、不良反应发生率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、P物质、β-内啡肽水平相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组的TNF-α(1.61±0.71)μg/L、IL-6(0.95±0.22)μg/L、IL-8(1.04±0.27)μg/L、P物质(62.81±10.06)ng/L均低于对照组的(2.15±0.68)μg/L、(1.21±0.26)μg/L、(1.39±0.35)μg/L、(74.57±9.94)ng/L,β-内啡肽(46.55±4.92)ng/L高于对照组的(40.62±4.31)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,与对照组的10.00%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦软膏治疗HZ患者的效果显著,能够降低其炎症因子水平,缓解疼痛症状,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高. Objective To investigate the effect of red and blue light irradiation combined with acyclovir ointment on serum inflammatory factors and pain mediators in patients with herpes zoster(HZ).Methods 60 HZ patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=30)was treated with aciclovir ointment,and the observation group(n=30)was treated with red and blue light irradiation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,levels of serum inflammatory factors and pain mediators before and 7 days after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than 63.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),substance P andβ-endorphin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after 7 days of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and substance P in the observation group were(1.61±0.71)μg/L,(0.95±0.22)μg/L,(1.04±0.27)μg/L,(62.81±10.06)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than(2.15±0.68)μg/L,(1.21±0.26)μg/L,(1.39±0.35)μg/L,(74.57±9.94)ng/L in the control group,theβ-endorphin in the observation group was(46.55±4.92)ng/L,which was higher than(40.62±4.31)ng/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,compared with 10.00%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Red and blue light irradiation combined with acyclovir ointment has significant efficacy in the treatment of HZ patients,which can reduce their level of inflammatory factors and relieve pain symptoms,with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety.
