焦点解决模式护理联合提肛运动对混合痔术后患者便秘情况、疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Focus Solution Mode Nursing Combined with Anus Lifting Exercise on Constipation,Pain Degree and Sleep Quality of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids after Operation

目的探讨焦点解决模式护理联合提肛运动对混合痔术后患者便秘情况、疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响.方法选取该院2020年6月—2022年7月收治的82例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=41)采用常规护理联合提肛运动,观察组(n=41)采用焦点解决模式护理联合提肛运动.比较两组便秘情况、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、并发症.结果观察组术后7 d的Wexner便秘评分为(10.27±2.39)分,低于对照组的(12.03±3.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后6、12、24 h的疼痛视觉模拟评分分别为(4.68±1.47)分、(2.72±0.88)分、(1.82±0.51)分,均低于对照组的(5.39±1.62)分、(3.76±1.13)分、(2.39±0.86)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后7 d的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分为(13.25±3.61)分,低于对照组的(15.46±2.90)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论焦点解决模式护理联合提肛运动能显著改善混合痔术后患者的便秘情况,缓解疼痛,减少并发症发生,提高睡眠质量.

Objective To explore the effect of focus solution mode nursing combined with anus lifting exercise on constipation,pain degree and sleep quality of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods 82 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in the hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=41)was treated with routine nursing and anal lifting exercise,the observation group(n=41)was treated with focus solution mode nursing and anal lifting exercise.Constipation,pain degree,sleep quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The Wexner constipation score of the observation group was(10.27±2.39)points at the 7th day after operation,which was lower than(12.03±3.11)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores of the observation group were(4.68±1.47)points,(2.72±0.88)points and(1.82±0.51)points at 6,12 and 24 h after operation,respectively,which were lower than(5.39±1.62)points,(3.76±1.13)points,(2.39±0.86)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the observation group was(13.25±3.61)points at the 7th day after operation,which was lower than(15.46±2.90)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution mode nursing combined with anus lifting exercise can significantly improve constipation,relieve pain,reduce complications and improve sleep quality of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.
