摘要
目的探究依帕司他与针刺联合治疗在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年10月—2022年8月于该院内分泌科住院治疗的76例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=38)与研究组(n=38).对照组采用依帕司他治疗,研究组采用依帕司他联合针刺治疗.对比分析两组患者入院时与治疗后的神经传导速度、临床疗效、氧化应激反应.结果入院时,两组正中神经的运动、感觉神经传导速度和腓总神经的运动、感觉神经传导速度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组正中神经与腓总神经的运动、感觉神经传导速度均快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的临床治疗总有效率94.74%高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).入院时,两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组SOD水平(84.55±3.31)U/L高于对照组的(76.58±2.97)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中采取依帕司他联合针刺治疗,可有效改善患者的神经传导功能,提升临床疗效,防止机体氧化应激反应的发生,值得临床推广与普及.
Objective To explore the application effect of Epalrestat combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 76 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were hospitalized in the department of endocrinology of the hospital from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group(n=38)and a study group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Epalrestat,and the study group was treated with Epalrestat combined with acupuncture.The nerve conduction velocity,clinical efficacy and oxidative stress response of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results On admission,the median nerve movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity,common peroneal nerve movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the study group were faster than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On admission,there was no significant difference in superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SOD level of the study group was(84.55±3.31)U/L,which was higher than(76.58±2.97)U/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,Epalrestat combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the nerve conduction function of patients,enhance clinical efficacy,and prevent the occurrence of oxidative stress response,which is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
