绳带疗法对1例重型创伤性颅脑损伤患者步态的显效观察

Effective Observation of Rope Therapy on Gait of a Patient with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探究绳带疗法对重型创伤性颅脑损伤(sTBI)后步态的影响.方法本文选取南京紫金医院1例sTBI患者,运用绳带疗法在住院期间进行为期8周的干预,分别在干预前、干预4、8周后进行步态指标、下肢关节活动度分析、平衡功能和生活质量评定.结果干预4、8周后,患者的下肢步态指标及下肢关节活动度均较干预前有显著改善,Berg平衡量表和改良Barthel指数评定量表评分均较干预前明显升高.结论绳带疗法可以改善sTBI患者下肢步态及关节活动度,提高平衡功能,进而提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of rope therapy on gait after severe traumatic brain injury(sTBI).Methods This paper selected a sTBI patient in Nanjing Zijin Hospital,who was treated with rope therapy for 8 weeks during hospitalization.Three-dimensional gait analysis,balance function and quality of life were evaluated before the intervention and after 4 and 8 weeks of the intervention.Results After 4 and 8 weeks of the intervention,the lower limb gait indexes and lower limb joint range of motion of the patient were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and Berg balance scale and Modified Barthel index scores were significantly higher compared with those before treatment.Conclusion Rope therapy can improve lower limb gait,joint range of motion,balance function and quality of life in sTBI patients.
