摘要
目的探究采用微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的效果.方法选择本院2019年5月—2022年4月收治的80例掌指骨骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组40例.对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗,观察组则采用微型钢板内固定治疗.对比两组患者的围术期指标、关节功能恢复情况、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况及生活质量.结果观察组的手术时间为(40.77±7.29)min,长于对照组,功能锻炼开始时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间分别为(7.56±1.21)d、(52.43±6.24)d、(5.12±0.84)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的关节功能恢复优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(0.98±0.17)分,低于对照组,健康调查简表评分为(80.13±6.49)分,高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与克氏针内固定相比,掌指骨骨折患者接受微型钢板内固定治疗能有效缩短住院时间,减轻疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,利于促进关节功能恢复,改善生活质量,临床推广价值较高.
Objective To investigate the effect of microplate internal fixation on metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods 80 patients of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with microplate internal fixation.The perioperative indexes,joint function recovery,pain degree,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was(40.77±7.29)min,which was longer than that of the control group,while the functional exercise start time,fracture healing time and hospital stay were(7.56±1.21)d,(52.43±6.24)d and(5.12±0.84)d,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function recovery in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the pain visual simulation scale score of the observation group was(0.98±0.17)points,lower than that of the control group,and the score of the MOS item short from health survey was(80.13±6.49)points,higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Kirschner wire internal fixation,microplate internal fixation for metacarpal and phalangeal fracture patients can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce pain,reduce the risk of complications,promote the recovery of joint function,improve the quality of life,and have high clinical value.
