关节持续被动活动机训练结合综合康复治疗在下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍中的应用效果

Application Effect of Joint Continuous Passive Mobility Machine Training Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation in Knee Dysfunction after Lower Limb Fracture

目的分析下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者采用关节持续被动活动机训练结合综合康复治疗的效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月我院收治的105例下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53).对照组采用综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上进行关节持续被动活动机训练.比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节功能.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的美国膝关节协会(AKS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、6个月后,观察组的AKS评分分别为(72.23±7.96)分、(80.89±4.35)分、(85.46±7.35)分,均高于对照组的(68.94±8.62)分、(78.84±5.46)分、(82.39±6.24)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者采用关节持续被动活动机训练结合综合康复治疗的效果良好,可促进膝关节功能恢复,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of joint continuous passive mobility machine training combined with comprehensive rehabilitation for patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 105 patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=53)by random number table method.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received joint continuous passive mobility machine training on this basis.The clinical efficacy and knee function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%,which was higher than 82.69%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in American Knee Society(AKS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the AKS scores of the observation group were(72.23±7.96)points,(80.89±4.35)points and(85.46±7.35)points,respectively,which were higher than(68.94±8.62)points,(78.84±5.46)points and(82.39±6.24)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint continuous passive mobility machine training combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with knee dysfunction after lower limb fracture has a good effect,which can promote the recovery of knee function and is worthy of clinical application.
