盆底电刺激对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者尿失禁症状及盆底功能恢复的影响

Effect of Pelvic Floor Electrical Stimulation on Urinary Incontinence and Recovery of Pelvic Floor Function in Postpartum Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨盆底电刺激在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者中的临床疗效.方法选取该院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的98例产后PFD患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例.对照组采取常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆底电刺激,均持续干预2个月.比较两组尿失禁症状、盆底功能恢复情况和生活质量.结果干预后,观察组尿失禁症状比对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组盆底功能障碍问卷-20中膀胱评分为(11.98±1.24)分、肠道评分为(16.64±2.15)分、盆腔评分为(12.22±1.30)分、总分为(39.43±3.32)分,均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组生存质量简表中生理评分为(69.98±3.39)分、环境评分为(72.28±3.54)分、社会评分为(76.42±3.68)分、心理评分为(79.46±3.84)分,均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论产后PFD患者接受盆底电刺激干预,可减轻其尿失禁症状,促进盆底功能恢复,从而提升生活质量.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor electrical stimulation in postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 98 postpartum PFD patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group was combined with pelvic floor electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group,and continued intervention for 2 months.Urinary incontinence symptom,pelvic floor function recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,urinary incontinence symptom in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the bladder score,intestinal score,pelvic score and total score of the observation group were(11.98±1.24)points,(16.64±2.15)points,(12.22±1.30)points and(39.43±3.32)points in the pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20,which were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scale-brief scale score of the observation group was(69.98±3.39)points in physiology,(72.28±3.54)points in environment,(76.42±3.68)points in society and(79.46±3.84)points in psychology,which were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum PFD patients receiving pelvic floor electrical stimulation intervention can reduce the symptoms of urinary incontinence and promote the recovery of pelvic floor function,thus improving the quality of life.
