川平法联合肌电生物反馈对脑卒中后偏瘫患者手功能恢复的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Chuanping Method Combined with Electromyography Biofeedback on Hand Function Recovery of Hemiplegia Patients after Stroke

摘要 目的探讨川平法联合肌电生物反馈在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月我院收治的300例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为三组,每组100例.川平组采用川平法治疗,肌电组采用肌电生物反馈治疗,联合组则采用川平法联合肌电生物反馈治疗,均持续4周.对比三组的手功能及腕背伸肌最大收缩时的肌电信号(EMG).结果治疗后,联合组的手指功能评分、Brunnstrom分期运动功能评分分别为(11.10±1.13)分、(4.86±0.43)分,高于川平组的(7.69±1.05)分、(3.39±0.29)分及肌电组的(7.42±1.58)分、(3.41±0.36)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组的EMG界限值为(81.15±5.22)μV,高于川平组的(68.90±6.18)μV及肌电组的(69.35±5.94)μV,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论川平法联合肌电生物反馈治疗能改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的手功能,提高EMG界限值,改善预后. Objective To investigate the effect of Chuanping method combined with electromyography biofeedback in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 300 patients with poststroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and were divided into three groups according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The Chuanping group was treated with Chuanping method,the electromyographic group was treated with electromyography biofeedback,and the combined group was treated with Chuanping method combined with electromyography biofeedback,all of which lasted for 4 weeks.The hand function and electromyographic signals(EMG)during maximum contraction of the wrist extensor were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the finger function score and Brunnstrom stage motor function score of the combined group were(11.10±1.13)points and(4.86±0.43)points,which were higher than(7.69±1.05)points and(3.39±0.29)points of the Chuanping group,and(7.42±1.58)points and(3.41±0.36)points of the electromyographic group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the limit value of EMG in the combination group was(81.15±5.22)μV,which was higher than(68.90±6.18)μV in the Chuanping group and(69.35±5.94)μV in the electromyographic group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chuanping method combined with electromyography biofeedback therapy can improve hand function,increase EMG threshold value and improve prognosis of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
