摘要
目的探讨MOTOmed训练联合躯干稳定性训练在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月我院收治的60例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上进行MOTOmed训练联合躯干稳定性训练,两组均持续训练4周.对比两组患者的康复效果.结果干预后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(9.51±2.47)分,低于对照组的(12.74±2.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的简明平衡评价系统测试量表中步态稳定、姿势调整、体位控制、感觉定向评分分别为(8.35±0.21)分、(4.84±0.32)分、(4.57±0.30)分、(4.77±0.39)分,均高于对照组的(7.50±0.48)分、(4.21±0.21)分、(3.67±0.51)分、(4.14±0.42)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分分别为(73.52±7.65)分、(77.40±5.29)分,均高于对照组的(65.49±6.48)分、(71.87±4.28)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论MOTOmed训练联合躯干稳定性训练可减轻脑梗死偏瘫患者的神经功能障碍,改善其平衡功能、日常生活能力、肢体运动功能,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of MOTOmed training combined with trunk stability training in cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received MOTOmed training combined with trunk stability training on this basis.Both groups continued training for 4 weeks.The recovery effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the National Institute of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(9.51±2.47)points,lower than(12.74±2.08)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of gait stability,postural adjustment,position control and sensory orientation in the mini-balance evaluation systems test of the observation group were(8.35±0.21)points,(4.84±0.32)points,(4.57±0.30)points and(4.77±0.39)points,respectively,which were higher than(7.50±0.48)points,(4.21±0.21)points,(3.67±0.51)points and(4.14±0.42)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer assessment scores of the observation group were(73.52±7.65)points and(77.40±5.29)points,respectively,which were higher than(65.49±6.48)points and(71.87±4.28)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed training combined with trunk stability training can reduce neurological dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,improve their balance function,daily living ability and limb motor function,and is worthy of clinical application.
