摘要
目的探讨中频脉冲治疗仪联合躯干稳定性训练(TST)应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中的效果.方法选取我院2021年8月—2022年8月收治的70例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用中频脉冲治疗仪联合TST,均持续干预12周.对比两组患者的躯干功能障碍量表(TIS)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分.结果干预后,观察组的TIS中动态坐位平衡、静态坐位平衡、协调评分分别为(4.87±1.23)分、(4.12±1.04)分、(3.54±1.14)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的BBS、ADL、上肢FMA、下肢FMA评分分别为(43.12±6.22)分、(78.54±5.21)分、(48.22±4.12)分、(27.73±1.85)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中频脉冲治疗仪与TST联合应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中的效果显著,能改善其躯体及运动功能,提高其平衡与日常生活能力,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of intermediate frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus combined with trunk stability training(TST)in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 70 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received intermediate frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus combined with TST on this basis.Both groups continued to intervene for 12 weeks.The scores of trunk impairment scale(TIS),Berg balance scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)and activities of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the TIS scores of dynamic sitting balance,static sitting balance and coordination in the observation group were(4.87±1.23)points,(4.12±1.04)points and(3.54±1.14)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BBS,ADL,upper limb FMA and lower limb FMA scores of the observation group were(43.12±6.22)points,(78.54±5.21)points,(48.22±4.12)points and(27.73±1.85)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination application of intermediate frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus and TST has a significant effect on stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can improve their physical and motor functions,balance and daily living ability.
