针灸联合推拿对周围性面瘫患者中医症状积分及面神经功能的影响

Influence of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on TCM Symptom Score and Facial Nerve Function in Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探究针灸联合推拿对周围性面瘫患者中医症状积分及面神经功能的影响.方法选择本院2020年5月—2022年6月收治的86例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上采用针灸联合推拿治疗,两组均持续治疗8周.比较两组患者的中医症状积分、面神经功能及临床疗效.结果治疗后,观察组的口角歪斜、眼裂闭合、鼻唇沟变浅、面部表情、舌前味觉消失评分分别为(0.98±0.11)分、(0.87±0.13)分、(0.94±0.16)分、(0.97±0.10)分、(0.90±0.15)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的静态对称性评分低于对照组,动态对称性评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸联合推拿能有效减轻周围性面瘫患者的临床症状,促进其面神经功能改善,可于临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and facial nerve function of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 86 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with massage on this basis.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM symptom score,facial nerve function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of mouth angle tilt,eye fissure closure,nasolabial sulcus shallower,facial expression and loss of taste before tongue were(0.98±0.11)points,(0.87±0.13)points,(0.94±0.16)points,(0.97±0.10)points and(0.90±0.15)points in the observation group,which were all lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the static symmetry score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the dynamic symmetry score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral facial paralysis and promote the improvement of facial nerve function.
