疏血通注射液联合前列地尔对后循环缺血性眩晕患者血液流变学及动脉血流速度的影响

Effect of Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Alprostadil on Hemorheology and Arterial Blood Flow Velocity in Patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

摘要 目的探讨疏血通注射液联合前列地尔对后循环缺血性眩晕患者血液流变学及动脉血流速度的影响.方法选取2020年3月—2022年6月我院收治的62例后循环缺血性眩晕患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例.对照组采用疏血通注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用前列地尔治疗,均持续治疗2周.比较两组临床疗效、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、基底动脉(BA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、左侧椎动脉(LVA)血流速度及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率93.55%高于对照组的74.19%,治疗后FIB(2.35±0.16)g/L、全血高切黏度(5.61±1.05)mPa·s、全血低切黏度(5.93±1.09)mPa·s、血浆黏度(3.39±0.26)mPa·s均低于对照组,BA血流速度(35.47±1.37)cm/s、RVA血流速度(27.63±1.35)cm/s、LVA血流速度(27.64±2.18)cm/s均快于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论治疗后循环缺血性眩晕应用疏血通注射液联合前列地尔效果确切,能改善血液流变学,提高动脉血流速度,且安全性高. Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with alprostadil on hemorheology and arterial blood flow velocity in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods 62 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Shuxuetong injection,and the observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,fibrinogen(FIB),whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,basilar artery(BA),right vertebral artery(RVA),left vertebral artery(LVA)blood flow velocity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.55%of the observation group was higher than 74.19%of the control group,FIB(2.35±0.16)g/L,whole blood high shear viscosity(5.61±1.05)mPa·s,whole blood low shear viscosity(5.93±1.09)mPa·s and plasma viscosity(3.39±0.26)mPa·s were lower than those of the control group,and BA blood flow velocity(35.47±1.37)cm/s,RVA blood flow velocity(27.63±1.35)cm/s,LVA blood flow velocity(27.64±2.18)cm/s were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with alprostadil is effective in the treatment of post circulatory ischemic vertigo,which can improve hemorheology and arterial blood flow velocity,with high safety.
