体感训练联合躯干控制训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及运动功能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Somatosensory Training Combined with Trunk Control Training on Balance Function and Motor Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘要 目的探讨体感训练联合躯干控制训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院收治的104例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组52例进行常规康复训练,观察组52例在此基础上进行体感训练及躯干控制训练,两组均持续训练4周.比较两组患者的躯干功能障碍量表(TIS)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评定量表(FMA-LE)评分.结果干预后,观察组的TIS中静态坐位平衡、动态坐位平衡、协调评分分别为(4.15±1.23)分、(4.78±1.25)分、(3.29±1.21)分,均高于对照组的(2.13±0.57)分、(3.87±1.03)分、(1.79±0.58)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的BBS评分、FMA-LE评分分别为(42.13±6.21)分、(26.73±1.85)分,均高于对照组的(31.82±8.68)分、(22.92±1.98)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将体感训练联合躯干控制训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中的效果良好,有利于提高其躯干功能和平衡功能,促进运动功能恢复,值得临床推广使用. Objective To explore the application effect of somatosensory training combined with trunk control training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 104 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group of 52 cases received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group of 52 cases received somatosensory training and trunk control training on this basis.Both groups continued training for 4 weeks.The scores of trunk impairment scale(TIS),Berg balance scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer assessment lower extremity scale(FMA-LE)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the TIS scores of static sitting balance,dynamic sitting balance and coordination in the observation group were(4.15±1.23)points,(4.78±1.25)points and(3.29±1.21)points,respectively,which were higher than(2.13±0.57)points,(3.87±1.03)points and(1.79±0.58)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BBS score and FMA-LE score of the observation group were(42.13±6.21)points and(26.73±1.85)points,respectively,which were higher than(31.82±8.68)points and(22.92±1.98)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of somatosensory training combined with trunk control training in stroke patients with hemiplegia has a good effect,which is conducive to improving trunk function and balance function,and promoting the recovery of motor function,and is worthy of clinical application.
