康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射联合激光疗法对视网膜分支静脉阻塞伴黄斑水肿患者视力恢复的影响

Effect of Intravitreal Injection of Conbercept Combined with Laser Therapy on Visual Acuity Recovery in Patients with Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion and Macular Edema

目的探讨康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射联合激光疗法在视网膜分支静脉阻塞伴黄斑水肿(BRVO-ME)患者中的治疗效果.方法选取2021年1月—2022年5月我院收治的96例BRVO-ME患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例.对照组采用激光疗法,观察组在此基础上采用康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射治疗,均持续8周.对比两组的临床疗效、视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、黄斑阈值敏感度、眼压、并发症发生率及生活质量.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的最佳矫正视力、黄斑阈值敏感度均高于对照组,黄斑中心凹厚度、眼压水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为2.08%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的心理、精神、环境、生理、社会关系、独立性、一般健康和生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康柏西普玻璃体腔内注射联合激光疗法可促进BRVO-ME患者视力恢复,预防并发症,改善生活质量,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with laser therapy in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion and macular edema(BRVO-ME).Methods A total of 96 patients with BRVO-ME admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser therapy,and the observation group was treated with intravitreal injection of Compaccept on this basis.Both groups lasted for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,visual acuity,macular fovea thickness,macular threshold sensitivity,intraocular pressure,complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity and sensitivity of macular threshold in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the thickness of macular fovea and intraocular pressure level were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.08%,lower than 18.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychology,spirit,environment,physiology,social relationship,independence,general health and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Compaccept combined with laser therapy can promote vision recovery,prevent complications and improve quality of life in patients with BRVO-ME,and is worthy of clinical application.
