综合康复治疗对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者功能恢复、日常生活活动能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Functional Recovery, Activities of Daily Living and Quality of Life of Patients with Spinal Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury

目的探讨综合康复治疗在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤(SCI)患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院2017年1月—2022年1月收治的78例脊柱骨折伴SCI患者,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=39)采用常规治疗,观察组(n=39)在此基础上采用综合康复治疗,两组均治疗至术后3个月.对比两组的临床疗效、日常生活活动能力及生活质量.结果观察组的临床总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的日常生活能力评分为(78.62±8.14)分,高于对照组的(62.63±7.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的生活质量综合评定问卷中心理、躯体、社会功能及物质生活评分分别为(77.12±5.25)分、(76.74±5.69)分、(75.78±4.91)分、(74.71±5.59)分,均高于对照组的(60.68±4.79)分、(62.63±5.53)分、(61.67±5.44)分、(63.68±5.65)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗在脊柱骨折伴SCI患者中的疗效显著,能有效促进其功能恢复,提升日常生活活动能力与生活质量,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods 78 patients with spinal fracture and SCI admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=39)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=39)received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on this basis,the treatment lasted until 3 months after operation in both groups.The clinical efficacy,activities of daily living and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than 79.49%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activities of daily living score of the observation group after treatment was(78.62±8.14)points,higher than(62.63±7.48)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The generic quality of life inventory-74 scores of psychological,physical,social function and material life in the observation group after treatment were(77.12±5.25)points,(76.74±5.69)points,(75.78±4.91)points and(74.71±5.59)points,respectively,which were higher than(60.68±4.79)points,(62.63±5.53)points,(61.67±5.44)points and(63.68±5.65)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in spinal fracture patients with SCI.It can effectively promote functional recovery,improve the ability of daily living activities and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
