半导体激光对小儿肺炎临床效果及炎症反应的影响

Effect of Semiconductor Laser on Clinical Effect and Inflammation in Children with Pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨红外线与半导体激光在小儿肺炎治疗中的应用效果.方法选取我院2020年5月—2022年5月收治的86例肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.两组均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用红外线治疗,观察组采用半导体激光治疗,均持续治疗7d.比较两组临床疗效、症状及体征消失时间、炎症反应、不良反应.结果观察组总有效率95.34%较对照组的81.40%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组咳嗽、发热、肺啰音及咳痰消失时间分别为(4.35±0.48)d、(2.89±0.24)d、(5.87±1.02)d、(3.97±0.45)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、降钙素原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论半导体激光在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果更佳,能够加快炎症消退,促进症状及体征消失,安全可靠. Objective To explore the application effect of infrared ray and semiconductor laser in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with pneumonia admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with infrared ray and the observation group was treated with semiconductor laser for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,inflammatory reactions and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.34%higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,pulmonary rura and sputum in the observation group were(4.35±0.48)d,(2.89±0.24)d,(5.87±1.02)d and(3.97±0.45)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein,white blood cell count and procalcitonin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on average,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia effect is better,can accelerate the regression of inflammation,promote the disappearance of symptoms and signs,safe and reliable.
