中医康复护理对中风偏瘫患者中医证候及肌力恢复的影响

Influence of TCM Rehabilitation Nursing on TCM Syndrome and Muscle Strength Recovery of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨中医康复护理在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院2021年2月—2022年4月收治的86例中风偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医康复护理,两组均持续护理3个月.对比两组患者的中医证候、肌力、日常生活活动能力及神经功能.结果观察组护理后的半身不遂、口舌歪斜、神疲气短及眩晕耳鸣积分分别为(1.20±0.28)分、(2.02±0.46)分、(1.95±0.42)分、(1.73±0.40)分,均低于对照组的(2.78±0.32)分、(3.11±0.66)分、(3.05±0.68)分、(2.76±0.42)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的肌力水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理后的日常生活能力指数量表评分为(85.82±5.23)分,高于对照组的(72.75±5.11)分,美国国家卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(18.38±2.29)分,低于对照组的(24.35±2.12)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复护理应用于中风偏瘫患者中的效果理想,可有效提高其神经功能,促进临床证候与肌力恢复,改善其日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia from February 2021 to April 2022 in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on this basis.Both groups continued nursing for 3 months.The TCM syndromes,muscle strength,daily living ability and nerve function of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of hemiplegia,askew mouth,shortness of breath,vertigo and tinnitus in the observation group after nursing were(1.20±0.28)points,(2.02±0.46)points,(1.95±0.42)points,(1.73±0.40)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.78±0.32)points,(3.11±0.66)points,(3.05±0.68)points and(2.76±0.42)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle strength level of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the ability of daily living index in the observation group after nursing was(85.82±5.23)points,higher than(72.75±5.11)points in the control group,and the score of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale was(18.38±2.29)points,lower than(24.35±2.12)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia is ideal,can effectively improve their neurological function,promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and muscle strength,improve their ability of daily living activities,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
