中药湿热敷联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with TCM Wet and Hot Compress and Acupuncture

目的探讨中药湿热敷联合针刺在腰椎间盘突出症中的临床疗效.方法选取2019年1月—2022年5月本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者66例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组33例.对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药湿热敷治疗,两组均治疗14 d.比较两组的临床疗效、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS).结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的69.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗14 d后,观察组的JOA评分为(20.61±3.68)分,高于对照组的(18.06±3.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗14 d后,观察组的VAS评分为(1.61±0.65)分,低于对照组的(2.17±0.66)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药湿热敷联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可提高患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM wet and hot compress combined with acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine wet and hot compress on this basis.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score(JOA)and visual analogue scale score(VAS)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than 69.69%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).14 days after treatment,the JOA score of the observation group was(20.61±3.68)points,which was higher than(18.06±3.94)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).14 days after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(1.61±0.65)points,which was lower than(2.17±0.66)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM wet and hot compress combined with acupuncture has remarkable effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can improve the lumbar function of patients and relieve pain and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
