八珍汤联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤对类风湿性关节炎患者临床症状及体征的影响

Effect of Bazhen Decoction Combined with Leflunomide and Methotrexate on Clinical Symptoms and Signs in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的分析八珍汤联合来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤对类风湿性关节炎患者临床症状及体征的影响.方法选取本院2021年3—12月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组43例采用来氟米特片及甲氨蝶呤片治疗,观察组43例在此基础上采用八珍汤治疗.对比两组的治疗效果、临床症状评分、类风湿因子(RF)水平、血沉(ESR)水平.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的关节疼痛、关节肿胀、晨僵评分分别为(1.35±0.12)分、(1.46±0.26)分、(1.02±0.35)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的RF、ESR水平分别为(121.92±5.62)IU/mL、(16.23±2.62)mm/mL,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论类风湿性关节炎患者在常规西药治疗基础上加服八珍汤,可有效提高治疗效果,改善临床症状及体征,降低类风湿因子的表达,延缓病情发展,对提高患者生活质量具有积极作用.

Objective To analyze the effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with leflunomide and methotrexate on the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 86 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from March to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method.43 cases in the control group were treated with leflunomide tablets and methotrexate tablets,43 cases in the observation group were treated with Bazhen Decoction on this basis.The treatment effect,clinical symptom scores,rheumatoid factor(RF)level,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint pain,joint swelling and morning stiffness in the observation group were(1.35±0.12)points,(1.46±0.26)points and(1.02±0.35)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the RF and ESR levels of the observation group were(121.92±5.62)IU/mL and(16.23±2.62)mm/mL,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Bazhen Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the expression of rheumatoid factor,delay the development of the disease,and play a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients.
