强肾通督针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出所致腰腿痛肾虚血瘀证的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Qiangshen Tongdu Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbocrural Pain Syndrome of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Caused by Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨强肾通督针刺法联合西医常规方法治疗腰椎间盘突出(LDH)所致腰腿痛肾虚血瘀证的疗效.方法选择2019年12月—2021年12月于张家港市第五人民医院就诊的LDH所致腰腿痛肾虚血瘀证患者88例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组44例与对照组44例.对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用强肾通督针刺法治疗.两组均治疗4周.比较两组的疼痛程度、颈椎功能及临床疗效.结果治疗后,两组的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的腰椎功能日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、Lysholm膝关节评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗组JOA、Lysholm膝关节评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组的总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在常规西医治疗基础上采用强肾通督针刺法治疗LDH所致腰腿痛肾虚血瘀证的效果显著,能进一步缓解患者疼痛,改善其腰腿活动功能,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Qiangshen Tongdu Acupuncture therapy combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of lumbocrural pain syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis caused by lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 88 patients with lumbocrural pain syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis caused by LDH were selected from the Zhangjiagang Fifth People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021.They were divided into a treatment group of 44 cases and a control group of 44 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Qiangshen Tongdu Acupuncture on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The pain degree,cervical function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain visual analog scale(VAS)score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores and Lysholm knee scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the JOA and Lysholm scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than 77.27%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Qiangshen Tongdu Acupuncture therapy has a remarkable effect on treating lumbocrural pain syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis caused by LDH,which can further relieve the pain of patients and improve the movement function of the waist and leg.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
