火龙罐联合核心肌群稳定性训练对腰肌劳损患者腰痛症状及功能康复的影响

Effect of Fire Dragon Cupping Combined with Core Muscle Stability Training on Low Back Pain Symptoms and Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Muscle Strain

目的分析火龙罐联合核心肌群稳定性训练在腰肌劳损患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月本院收治的244例腰肌劳损患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组122例.对照组进行核心肌群稳定性训练,观察组在此基础上采用火龙罐干预,均连续干预3周.对比两组患者的腰痛程度、腰椎功能、日常生活活动能力及生活质量.结果干预后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数评分分别为(1.59±0.21)分、(13.20±1.59)分,均低于对照组的(3.10±0.63)分、(18.51±2.04)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的日常生活活动能力评分及健康调查简表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论火龙罐联合核心肌群稳定性训练可有效减轻腰肌劳损患者的腰痛程度,加快腰椎功能恢复,提升其日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量.

Objective To analyze the effect of fire dragon cupping combined with core muscle stability training in patients with lumbar muscle strain.Methods A total of 244 patients with lumbar muscle strain admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 122 cases in each group.The control group received core muscle stability training,and the observation group received fire dragon cupping intervention on this basis.Both groups received continuous intervention for 3 weeks.The degree of low back pain,lumbar function,ability of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the pain visual analog scale score and Oswestry disability index score of the observation group were(1.59±0.21)points and(13.20±1.59)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.10±0.63)points and(18.51±2.04)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of daily living ability and all dimensions of the MOS item short from health survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fire dragon cupping and core muscle stability training can effectively reduce the degree of lumbago in patients with lumbar muscle strain,accelerate the recovery of lumbar function,enhance the ability of daily living activities,and improve the quality of life.
