第三腰椎横突综合征患者运动功能特征研究

Study on Motor Function Characteristics of Patients with Transverse Process Syndrome of the Third Lumbar Spine

目的对比第三腰椎横突综合征(TLVTPS)患者与健康者的运动功能特征,探讨TLVTPS患者的运动功能障碍特点.方法选取该中心2021年8月—2022年8月收治的25例单侧TLVTPS患者为观察组,招募该校25名健康者为对照组.比较两组核心肌肉力量、脊柱活动幅度及功能性动作筛查(FMS)评分.结果观察组脊柱前屈肌力、后伸肌力、弱侧屈肌力、强侧屈肌力、侧屈肌力比分别为(37.02±12.93)kg、(39.30±9.12)kg、(35.55±8.83)kg、(38.12±8.69)kg、(0.93±0.06),均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的脊柱后伸幅度、弱侧侧屈幅度、强侧侧屈幅度、侧屈幅度比分别为(14.76±3.30)cm、(22.65±4.24)cm、(25.01±4.99)cm、(0.91±0.07),均低于对照组,屈伸幅度比(0.37±0.10)高于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的各项FMS评分及总分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论TLVTPS患者的身体运动功能明显低于健康者,存在较高的运动损伤风险.

Objective The motor function characteristics of the patients with the third lumber vertebra transverse process syndrome(TLVTPS)were compared with those of healthy people,and the motor dysfunction characteristics of the patients with TLVTPS were discussed.Methods 25 patients with unilateral TLVTPS admitted to the center from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 25 healthy subjects from the school were recruited as the control group.Core muscle strength,spinal range of motion and functional movement screen(FMS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The ratio of anterior flexor,posterior extension,weak lateral flexor,strong lateral flexor and lateral flexor of the observation group were(37.02±12.93)kg,(39.30±9.12)kg,(35.55±8.83)kg,(38.12±8.69)kg and(0.93±0.06),respectively,which were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The posterior extension amplitude,weak lateral flexion amplitude,strong lateral flexion amplitude and lateral flexion amplitude ratio of the observation group were(14.76±3.30)cm,(22.65±4.24)cm,(25.01±4.99)cm and(0.91±0.07),respectively,which were all lower than the control group,and the flexion extension amplitude ratio(0.37±0.10)was higher than the observation group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMS scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The physical motor function of TLVTPS patients is significantly lower than that of healthy people,and there is a higher risk of sports injury.
