胰激肽原酶联合羟苯磺酸钙对早期糖尿病肾病患者炎症反应及肾功能的影响

Effects of Pancreatic Kallidinogenase Combined with Calcium Hydroxybenzenesulfate on Inflammatory Response and Renal Function in Patients with Early Diabetes Nephropathy

摘要 目的探究胰激肽原酶联合羟苯磺酸钙对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者炎症反应及肾功能的影响.方法选择兰陵县人民医院2020年10月—2022年3月收治的早期DN患者92例为研究对象,依据随机原则分为对照组(n=46)及观察组(n=46).对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组采用胰激肽原酶联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,均持续治疗3个月.对比两组患者治疗前后的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平,并统计两组不良反应发生率.结果治疗后,两组的IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组各炎症反应指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的BUN、Scr、β_(2)-MG水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组各肾功能指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应总发生率为6.52%,与对照组的8.70%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论胰激肽原酶联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期DN的效果理想,能更好地下调血清炎症因子表达,减轻机体炎症反应,改善肾功能,且不良反应少,值得推广. Objective To investigate the effects of pancreatic kallidinogenase combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfate on inflammatory response and renal function in patients with early diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 92 patients with early DN who were admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=46)and an observation group(n=46).The control group was treated with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfate,and the observation group was treated with pancreatic kallidinogenase combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfate.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),β_(2)microglobulin(β_(2)-MG)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin both groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory response indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr andβ_(2)-MG in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the renal function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%,which was not statistically significant compared with 8.70%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfate has an ideal effect in the treatment of early DN,which can better down-regulate the expression of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve renal function,and less adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting.
