腹腔镜手术对结直肠癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复及并发症的影响观察

Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Complications in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌患者的临床效果.方法选取2017年1月-2021年12月该院收治的74例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例.对照组接受传统开腹手术,观察组接受腹腔镜手术,均观察至术后3个月.对比两组手术相关指标、术后胃肠功能恢复情况、生活质量、并发症.结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术、创面愈合及住院时间均短于对照组,术后肛门首次排气、肠鸣音恢复、首次进食、肛门首次排便时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后3个月,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌患者的临床效果显著,具有手术时间短、术中出血量少的优势,有利于患者术后胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量,临床应用价值较高,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 74 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table,37 patients in each group.The control group received traditional laparotomy,and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery,both groups were observed until 3 months after surgery.The operation related indexes,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation,wound healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the scores of all dimensions of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for patients with colorectal cancer has a significant clinical effect,and has the advantages of short operation time and less intraoperative bleeding,which is conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after surgery,reducing the incidence of complications,and improving the quality of life.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
