基于动静结合理论的康复治疗对肱骨髁上骨折后肘关节功能障碍患儿肘关节功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Rehabilitation Therapy Based on the Motion and Static Combination Theory on Elbow Function of Children with Elbow Dysfunction after Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus

摘要 目的探讨基于动静结合理论的康复治疗在肱骨踝上骨折后肘关节功能障碍患儿中的应用效果.方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月我院收治的98例肱骨踝上骨折后肘关节功能障碍患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组49例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组采用基于动静结合理论的康复治疗,均持续3个月.对比两组患儿的肘关节功能、肘关节活动度及并发症发生率.结果治疗后,观察组的肘关节功能评分量表中运动功能、稳定性、日常活动及疼痛评分分别为(15.13±2.04)分、(8.44±0.43)分、(22.64±1.02)分、(40.06±2.04)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的肘关节屈曲、伸展、旋前、旋后角度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的20.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于动静结合理论的康复治疗能加快肱骨踝上骨折后肘关节功能障碍患儿肘关节功能康复,减少并发症的发生,具有较高的临床应用价值. Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy based on the motion and static combination theory on children with elbow dysfunction after supramolar fracture of humerus.Methods A total of 98 children with elbow dysfunction after supramolar fracture in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received rehabilitation treatment based on the motion and static combination theory.Both groups lasted for 3 months.The elbow function,elbow motion and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the motor function,stability,daily activity and pain scores of the Mayo elbow-performance score in the observation group were(15.13±2.04)points,(8.44±0.43)points,(22.64±1.02)points and(40.06±2.04)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the elbow flexion,extension,pronation and supination angles in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 20.41%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy based on the motion and static combination theory can accelerate the elbow joint functional rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of complications in children with humerus supralkleolus fracture,which has high clinical application value.
