艾灸联合耳穴压豆应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Ear Point Pressing Bean in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨艾灸联合耳穴压豆应用于腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床效果.方法选取2021年8月—2022年4月于我院就诊的88例LDH患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以艾灸联合耳穴压豆干预,两组均连续干预14 d.比较两组疼痛程度、腰椎功能、睡眠质量、日常生活能力和生活质量.结果观察组干预14 d后视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各因子评分均低于对照组,日常生活能力量表评分、健康调查简表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论艾灸联合耳穴压豆应用于LDH患者效果确切,可明显改善疼痛、腰椎功能及睡眠质量,利于提高患者的日常生活能力和生活质量,值得推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with ear point pressing bean in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 88 patients with LDH who visited our hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given moxibustion combined with ear point pressing bean intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous interventions for 14 days.The pain degree,lumbar function,sleep quality,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of visual analogue scale,Oswestry disability index and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group after 14 d of the intervention were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of activity of daily living scale and the MOS item short from health survey were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion combined with ear point pressing bean in patients with LDH has achieved good results,which can significantly improve pain,lumbar function and sleep quality,and is conducive to improve the ability of daily living and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
