针刀治疗顽固性面瘫的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Acupotomy in the Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis

目的探究针刀治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效.方法选取2021年9月—2022年4月第六师医院康复医学科收治的60例顽固性面瘫患者为研究对象,按随机原则分为对照组、针刀组,每组30例.对照组采用常规药物联合普通针刺治疗,针刀组在此基础上采用针刀治疗,均持续治疗4周.观察两组的治疗效果,并对比两组治疗前后的面部神经功能、面部运动状况.结果针刀组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,针刀组的面部神经功能评分低于对照组,面部运动状况评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刀治疗顽固性面瘫的效果确切,可更好地改善患者面部神经功能及运动功能,促进其康复,可于临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupotomy in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with intractable facial paralysis admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the Sixth Division Hospital from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an acupotomy group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined with ordinary acupuncture,and the acupotomy group was treated with acupotomy on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed,and the facial nerve function and facial movement status of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the acupotomy group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function score of the acupotomy group was lower than that of the control group,and the facial motor status score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy is effective in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.It can better improve the facial nerve function and motor function of patients and promote their rehabilitation.It can be widely used in clinic.
