"肝肾同源"理论在慢性肾脏病治疗中的应用探讨

"肝肾同源"又称"乙癸同源",是基于中医五行学说及藏象理论对有关肝肾疾病具体治法的体现,是中医最为经典的理论之一.慢性肾脏病(CKD)是临床对包括糖尿病肾病、过敏性紫癜肾炎、红斑狼疮、肾病综合征、乙肝病毒相关性肾炎等诸多肾脏疾病的统称.慢性肾炎、高血压、糖尿病等是导致CKD发生的常见病因.该病病机复杂、复发率高、预后较差.就其治疗而言,目前西医主要是采用特异性及靶向不明的药物治疗,具有治疗费用高、特异性弱、副作用大等特点.近年来,诸多研究表明中医药对CKD的治疗有着独特的优势.基于此,本文从"肝肾同源"理论溯源、"肝肾同源"理论的现代研究以及基于"肝肾同源"理论治疗CKD出发,探讨"肝肾同源"理论在CKD治疗中的应用研究进展,以期更好地指导临床用药,为中医药治疗CKD提供理论依据及临床经验.

The"liver and kidney homology",also known as the"Yi and Gui homology",is the embodiment of the specific treatment of liver and kidney diseases based on the theory of the five elements and the theory of the visceral picture in Traditional Chinese Medicine,which is one of the most classic theories in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a clinical term for many kidney diseases including diabetic nephropathy,allergic purpura nephritis,lupus erythematosus,nephrotic syndrome,hepatitis B virus-related nephritis,etc.Chronic nephritis,hypertension,diabetes and so on are the common causes of CKD.Its pathogenesis is complex,its recurrence rate is high,and its prognosis is poor.In terms of its treatment,Western medicine is still mainly using specific and untargeted drug therapy,which is characterized by high treatment cost,weak specificity,and high side effects.In recent years,many studies have shown that Traditional Chinese Medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of CKD.Based on this,this paper discusses the application research progress of"liver-kidney homology"theory in the treatment of CKD from the aspects of the origin of the theory of"liver and kidney homology",the modern research of the theory of"liver and kidney homology",and the treatment of CKD based on the theory of"liver and kidney homology",in order to better guide the clinical use of drugs and provide theoretical basis and clinical experience for the treatment of CKD in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
