Objective To explore the effect of occupational therapy combined with early limb rehabilitation training in hemiplegia patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods A total of 94 patients with HICH hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received early limb rehabilitation training, and the observation group received occupational therapy on this basis. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The neurological function, limb function, daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of neurological function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of limb function and ability of daily living were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group was(202.36±12.74)points,which was higher than(179.99±15.07)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Occupational therapy combined with early limb rehabilitation training can improve the neurological function of HICH patients with hemiplegia, accelerate the recovery of limb function, and improve the quality of life.
