美托洛尔联合贝那普利对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血流动力学的影响

Effects of Metoprolol Combined with Benazepril on Cardiac Function and Hemodynamics in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨美托洛尔联合贝那普利对老年慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血流动力学的影响.方法选择2020年7月—2021年8月于我院治疗的老年慢性心力衰竭患者102例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各51例.对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合贝那普利治疗,均持续治疗4个月.比较两组心功能指标、血流动力学指标及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组左心室舒张末期内径、左心房内径均短于对照组,外周阻力、外周阻力指数均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数、心率、加速指数、心排指数均高于对照组,心排量、每搏输出量均多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论美托洛尔联合贝那普利治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,利于改善患者心功能,提高心脏供血能力,且不良反应少.

Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol combined with benazepril on cardiac function and hemodynamics in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 102 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with benazepril on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 months.Cardiac function index,hemodynamics index and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left atrial diameter in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and peripheral resistance and peripheral resistance index were lower than those in the control group,with significant statistically differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,heart rate,acceleration index,cardiac output index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and cardiac output and stroke output of the observation group were more than those of the control group,with significant statistically differences between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with benazepril is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.It is beneficial to improve the patients'cardiac function,improve the ability of heart blood supply,and has few adverse reactions.
