综合康复护理对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能及营养状况的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Gastrointestinal Function and Nutritional Status of Patients after Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的探讨综合康复护理对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能及营养状况的影响.方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月该院收治的84例腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合康复护理,两组均护理1个月.对比两组术后胃肠功能恢复情况、营养状况、并发症发生情况、护理满意度以及生活质量.结果观察组术后初次排气、胃肠开始蠕动、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理1个月后,观察组血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白水平及生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率4.76%低于对照组的21.43%,护理满意度95.24%高于对照组的73.81%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复护理能够有效促使腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后患者胃肠功能恢复,改善机体营养状况,减少并发症的发生,提升生活质量,且护理满意度更高.

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods 84 patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.Both groups received nursing for 1 month.The recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,nutritional status,complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of initial exhaust after surgery,gastrointestinal peristalsis and bowel sounds recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the levels of serum albumin,transferrin,prealbumin and the scores of all dimensions of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%,which was lower than 21.43%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,improve the nutritional status of the body,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life,and nursing satisfaction is higher.
