中医正骨推拿手法联合中药封包疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎活动能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone-Setting Massage Combined with Chinese Medicine Sealing Package Therapy on Lumbar Spine Mobility and Quality of Life in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究中医正骨推拿手法联合中药封包疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎活动能力恢复及生活质量的影响.方法选取2021年1—12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的85例LDH患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.对照组42例采用康复锻炼,联合组43例在对照组基础上采用中医正骨推拿手法联合中药封包疗法.比较两组治疗4周后的疼痛程度、腰部活动度、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎评分及生活质量.结果治疗4周后,联合组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,JOA腰椎评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,联合组前屈、左右侧屈、后伸活动度均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,联合组健康调查简表中躯体疼痛、生理功能、活力、社会功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医正骨推拿手法联合中药封包疗法治疗LDH患者可减轻其疼痛程度,增大腰部活动度,促进腰椎活动能力恢复,提高患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate the effects of TCM bone-setting massage combined with Chinese medicine sealing package therapy on the recovery of lumbar spine mobility and quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 85 cases of LDH patients admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected for the study and divided into two groups using the random number table method.42 cases in the control group used rehabilitation exercises,and 43 cases in the combined group used TCM bone-setting massage combined with Chinese medicine sealing package therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain level,lumbar mobility,Japan Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar score and quality of life of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the pain visual analogue scale of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the JOA lumbar spine score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the forward flexion,left and right lateral flexion and posterior extension mobility in the combined group were greater than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of somatic pain,physical function,vitality,and social function in the the MOS item short from health survey-36 in the combined group were higher than in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of LDH patients with TCM bone-setting massage combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy can reduce their pain,increase lumbar mobility,promote the recovery of lumbar spine mobility,and improve their quality of life.
