按摩联合黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸治疗血虚型产后身痛的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Massage Combined with Fumigation with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang in the Treatment of Blood Deficiency Type Postpartum Body Pain

目的探讨按摩联合黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸治疗血虚型产后身痛的临床效果.方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月在无锡市锡山人民医院接受治疗的64例血虚型产后身痛患者为研究对象,随机分为按摩组和联合组,每组32例.按摩组进行按摩治疗,联合组采用按摩联合黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸治疗.比较两组中医症候积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分、炎症因子水平及临床疗效.结果治疗后,联合组中医症候积分和VAS评分均低于按摩组,GQOLI-74评分高于按摩组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,联合组肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6水平均低于按摩组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于按摩组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论按摩联合黄芪桂枝五物汤熏蒸治疗血虚型产后身痛患者的临床效果确切,可改善其临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of massage combined with fumigation with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang in the treatment of blood deficiency type postpartum body pain.Methods 64 patients with blood deficiency type postpartum body pain treated in the Wuxi Xishan People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a massage group and a combination group,with 32 cases in each group.The massage group was treated with massage,and the combined group was treated with massage combined with fumigation with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang.The TCM symptom score,pain visual analog score(VAS),generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score,inflammatory factor level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score and VAS score in the combined group were lower than those in the massage group,and the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that in the massage group,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 levels in the combined group were lower than those in the massage group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%in the massage group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with fumigation with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang was clinically effective in treating patients with blood deficiency type postpartum body pain,improving their clinical symptoms,reducing the degree of pain,decreasing the level of inflammatory factors,and improving the quality of life.
