针刺联合穴位贴敷对风寒型周围性面瘫患者面神经功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Application on Facial Nerve Function in Patients with Wind-Cold Type Peripheral Facial Palsy

目的探讨针刺联合穴位贴敷在风寒型周围性面瘫(PFP)患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年4月—2022年6月我院收治的84例风寒型PFP患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗,均持续治疗2周.对比两组临床疗效、面神经功能、面肌肌电图.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组改良portmann简易评分法(RPA)、多伦多面神经分级系统量表(TFGS)评分、眼轮匝肌、口轮匝肌波幅比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组RPA评分(18.43±1.22)分、TFGS评分(86.02±6.81)分、眼轮匝肌波(2.38±0.23)mv、口轮匝肌波幅(2.23±0.21)mv,均高于对照组的(15.80±1.31)分、(74.44±6.23)分、(2.16±0.24)mv、(1.93±0.16)mv,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗风寒型PFP患者的效果确切,能改善其面神经功能,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in patients with wind-cold type peripheral facial palsy(PFP).Methods 84 patients with wind-cold type PFP admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups of 42 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,and both continued treatment for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function,and facial muscle electromyography were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups when comparing the revised Portmann assessment(RPA),Toronto facial gmaing system(TFGS)score,orbicularis oculi and orbicularis oris muscle wave amplitude(P>0.05);after treatment,the RPA score(18.43±1.22)points,TFGS score(86.02±6.81)points,orbicularis oculi wave(2.38±0.23)mv,and orbicularis oris muscle wave amplitude(2.23±0.21)mv of the observation group were higher than(15.80±1.31)points,(74.44±6.23)points,(2.16±0.24)mv,(1.93±0.16)mv of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in treating patients with wind-cold PFP is precise and can improve their facial nerve function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
