还原型谷胱甘肽联合肾复康胶囊治疗急性肾损伤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Shenfukang Capsule on Patients with Acute Kidney Injury

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合肾复康胶囊治疗急性肾损伤(AKI)的效果.方法选取2019年1月—2022年3月我院收治的72例AKI患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组36例.对照组采用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组在此基础上采用肾复康胶囊治疗,均持续治疗21 d.对比两组的临床疗效、症状改善情况、肾功能、炎症指标及不良反应发生率.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的少尿期持续时间、多尿期持续时间、血清肌酐复常时间分别为(5.63±0.89)d、(8.32±1.85)d、(13.88±2.04)d,均短于对照组的(7.02±1.15)d、(10.66±1.94)d、(16.74±2.53)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的尿素氮、血清肌酐、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、丙二醛水平均低于对照组,肌酐清除率、氧化物歧化酶水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合肾复康胶囊治疗AKI的效果显著,能加快患者症状缓解,减轻炎症及氧化应激,改善其肾功能损伤,且不良反应少,利于预后.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione combined with Shenfukang Capsule in patients with acute kidney injury(AKI).Methods A total of 72 AKI patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduced glutathione,and the observation group was treated with Shenfukang Capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 21 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,renal function,inflammatory indicators and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of oliguria phase,duration of polyuria phase,and time of serum creatinine recovery in the observation group were(5.63±0.89)d,(8.32±1.85)d,(13.88±2.04)d,respectively,which were shorter than(7.02±1.15)d,(10.66±1.94)d,(16.74±2.53)d in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and malondialdehyde in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of creatinine clearance and oxide dismutase were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with Shenfukang Capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of AKI,which can accelerate the relief of symptoms,reduce inflammation and oxidative stress,improve renal function injury,and has less adverse reactions,which is beneficial to prognosis.
