下肢关节康复器在全膝关节置换术患者术后的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨下肢关节康复器在全膝关节置换术患者术后的应用效果.方法选择我院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的拟行全膝关节置换术患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例.两组患者均行膝关节置换术,对照组术后进行常规康复锻炼,观察组在此基础上联合下肢关节康复器治疗.比较两组的膝关节疼痛程度、膝关节功能及主动膝关节活动度.结果术后7 d,观察组的膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分为(3.59±0.62)分,低于对照组的(4.14±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后7 d,观察组的膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后7 d,观察组的主动膝关节活动度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论下肢关节康复器有助于缓解全膝关节置换术患者的术后疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,增强膝关节活动度,值得临床推广使用. Objective To investigate the effect of lower limb joint rehabilitation device in patients after total knee replacement.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,80 patients who planned to undergo total knee replacement in our hospital were selected and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent knee replacement.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise after surgery,and the observation group was treated with lower limb joint rehabilitation device on this basis.The degree of knee pain,knee function and active knee range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results 7 days after operation,the visual analogue score of knee pain in the observation group was(3.59±0.62)points,which was lower than(4.14±0.45)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 days after operation,the knee joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 days after operation,the active knee joint range of motion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lower limb joint rehabilitation device can relieve the postoperative pain,improve the knee function and enhance the range of motion of the knee in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical application.
