肩三针联合温针灸及物理疗法对肩周炎患者肩关节功能及疼痛的影响

Effects of Three-Shoulder Needling Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Physical Therapy on Shoulder Joint Function and Pain in Patients with Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探讨肩三针联合温针灸及物理疗法治疗肩周炎的效果.方法选取我院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的肩周炎患者82例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用物理疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上采用肩三针联合温针灸治疗.比较两组的肩关节功能、肩关节活动度、疼痛程度及日常生活能力.结果观察组治疗后的肩关节疼痛、日常生活活动、主动活动范围、肌力及肩关节功能总分分别为(12.38±1.48)分、(17.25±2.15)分、(33.15±3.16)分、(23.34±1.16)分、(87.62±6.97)分,均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的肩关节前屈、后伸活动度分别为(147.63±9.35)°、(35.34±3.32)°,均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.62±0.21)分,低于对照组的(2.28±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的Barthel量表评分为(86.65±6.52)分,高于对照组的(80.79±6.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论肩三针联合温针灸及物理疗法可减轻肩周炎患者的肩部疼痛,加快肩关节功能恢复,改善其日常生活能力.

Objective To explore the effect of three-shoulder needling combined with warm acupuncture and physical therapy on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods A total of 82 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with physical therapy,and the observation group was treated with three-shoulder needling combined with warm acupuncture on this basis.The shoulder joint function,shoulder joint range of motion,pain degree and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of shoulder pain,activities of daily living,active range of motion,muscle strength and the total shoulder function score in the observation group were(12.38±1.48)points,(17.25±2.15)points,(33.15±3.16)points,(23.34±1.16)points and(87.62±6.97)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the range of motion of shoulder flexion and extension in the observation group were(147.63±9.35)°and(35.34±3.32)°,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue score of pain in the observation group was(1.62±0.21)points,which was lower than(2.28±0.32)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score of the observation group was(86.65±6.52)points,which was higher than(80.79±6.24)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-Shoulder needling combined with warm acupuncture and physical therapy can alleviate shoulder pain in patients with periarthritis of shoulder,accelerate shoulder joint function recovery and improve their daily living ability.
