益气通脉汤对冠心病心力衰竭患者中医证候及心功能的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction on TCM Syndrome and Cardiac Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探究益气通脉汤对冠心病心力衰竭患者中医证候及心功能的影响.方法选择本院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者92例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例.在常规西药治疗基础上,对照组口服曲美他嗪,观察组加服益气通脉汤,均持续治疗3个月.比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候、心功能及安全性.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的心悸、胸闷、气短评分分别为(0.95±0.09)分、(0.89±0.07)分、(0.96±0.11)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径均短于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组均未发生严重不良反应.结论采用益气通脉汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭能够有效减轻患者的中医证候,促进心功能改善,安全可靠.

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction on TCM syndrome and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 92 patients with CHD and chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the control group was given oral trimetazidine,and the observation group was given Yiqi Tongmai Decoction.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes,cardiac function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of palpitations,chest tightness and shortness of breath in the observation group were(0.95±0.09)points,(0.89±0.07)points and(0.96±0.11)points,which were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease heart failure can effectively relieve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,promote the improvement of heart function,safe and reliable.
