中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Compress Package Combined with Acupoint Application on the Degree of Pain and Lumbar Function in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用效果.方法选取我院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的82例LDH患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例.对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷治疗,均治疗8周.比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、生活质量以及不良反应.结果观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(1.75±0.23)分低于对照组的(2.46±0.35)分,腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数评分(24.65±2.87)分高于对照组的(19.54±2.53)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表中生理维度评分(89.41±6.38)分、心理维度评分(90.47±6.42)分、社会维度评分(92.41±6.58)分及环境维度评分(94.14±4.25)分均高于对照组的(81.37±6.25)分、(83.41±6.27)分、(84.15±6.31)分、(86.36±5.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷可提高LDH的临床疗效,减轻腰部疼痛程度,加快腰椎功能恢复及生活质量改善.

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupoint application in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 82 LDH patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,lumbar function,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of pain in the observation group after treatment was(1.75±0.23)points,which was lower than(2.46±0.35)points in the control group,the score of lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association in the observation group was(24.65±2.87)points,which was higher than(19.54±2.53)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological,psychological,social and environmental dimensions of the World Health Organization quality of life brief questionnaire in the observation group were(89.41±6.38)points,(90.47±6.42)points,(92.41±6.58)points and(94.14±4.25)points,respectively,which were higher than(81.37±6.25)points,(83.41±6.27)points,(84.15±6.31)points,(86.36±5.21)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress package combined with acupoint application can improve the clinical efficacy of LDH,reduce the degree of lumbar pain,accelerate the recovery of lumbar function and improve the quality of life.
