穴位按摩联合营养干预及有氧运动对妊娠期高血压患者血压、睡眠质量及母婴结局的影响

Effects of Acupoint Massage Combined with Nutritional Intervention and Aerobic Exercise on Blood Pressure,Sleep Quality and Maternal and Infant Outcome in Patients with Hypertension During Pregnancy

目的探讨穴位按摩联合营养干预及有氧运动在妊娠期高血压患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年4月—2021年12月该院收治的妊娠期高血压患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组实施营养干预联合有氧运动,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位按摩,持续干预1个月.对比两组干预前后血压、睡眠质量及母婴结局.结果观察组干预后收缩压(120.25±6.63)mmHg与舒张压(79.25±5.16)mmHg均低于对照组的(144.05±7.25)mmHg、(93.92±5.62)mmHg,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分(8.24±1.72)分低于对照组的(10.56±2.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良母婴结局发生率9.30%低于对照组的34.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论穴位按摩联合营养干预及有氧运动能够改善妊娠期高血压患者的血压,提升睡眠质量,改善母婴结局.

Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with nutritional intervention and aerobic exercise in patients with hypertension during pregnancy.Methods 86 patients with hypertension during pregnancy admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received nutritional intervention combined with aerobic exercise,while the observation group received acupoint massage on the basis of the control group,and the interventions lasted for 1 month.The effects of blood pressure,sleep quality before and after intervention and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure(120.25±6.63)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(79.25±5.16)mmHg after intervention in the observation group were lower than(144.05±7.25)mmHg,(93.92±5.62)mmHg in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score(8.24±1.72)points after intervention in the observation group was lower than(10.56±2.14)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes 9.30%in the observation group was lower than 34.88%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with nutritional intervention and aerobic exercise can improve the blood pressure,improve the quality of sleep,and improve the outcome of mothers and infants.
