摘要
目的探讨依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶在2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年2月—2022年2月该院收治的2型DPN患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例.对照组采用胰激肽原酶进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用依帕司他进行治疗,持续治疗4周.对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后的神经功能、氧化应激反应及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后多伦多临床评分系统中神经症状、神经反射及感觉功能评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶水平均高于对照组,丙二醛水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论依帕司他联合胰激肽原酶在2型DPN患者治疗中具有较好疗效,利于改善神经功能,减轻氧化应激反应,且应用安全性较好.
Objective To investigate the application effect of epalostat combined with pancreatic kinindogenase in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 60 patients with type 2 DPN admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pancreatic kinindogenase,and the observation group was treated with epalostat on the basis of the control group,with both interventions for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,oxidative stress reaction before and after treatment and adverse effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the neurological symptoms,neurological reflexes and sensory function scores in Toronto clinical scoring system after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of catalase,glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Epalostat combined with pancreatic kinindogenase has good effect in the treatment of patients with type 2 DPN,which is conducive to improving neurological function,reducing oxidative stress response,and has good application safety.
