过敏原阻隔剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎患者鼻腔生理功能及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Allergen Blocker Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on Nasal Physiological Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨过敏原阻隔剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂在变应性鼻炎(AR)患者治疗中的具体效果.方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月本院收治的84例AR患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例.对照组采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在此基础上加用过敏原阻隔剂治疗,均连续治疗4周.对比两组的临床疗效、鼻腔生理功能、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的鼻腔通气面积、鼻腔纤毛运动速率、鼻腔阻力、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的鼻腔通气面积大于对照组,鼻腔纤毛运动速率快于对照组,鼻腔阻力小于对照组,TNF-α、IL-5、IL-13均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论过敏原阻隔剂联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗AR患者的效果确切,可有效减轻临床症状,改善鼻腔生理功能,下调TNF-α、IL-5、IL-13水平,且安全可行,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of allergen blocker combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 84 AR patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with allergen blocking agent on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,nasal physiological function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 76.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in nasal ventilation area,nasal ciliary movement rate,nasal resistance,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-5(IL-5)and interleukin-13(IL-13)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the nasal ventilation area of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,the nasal ciliary movement rate of the observation group was faster than that of the control group,and the nasal resistance was smaller than that of the control group,TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-13 were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Allergen blocker combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is effective in the treatment of AR patients,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve nasal physiological function,and down-regulate the levels of TNF-α,IL-5 and IL-13.It is safe and feasible,and worthy of clinical application.
