超声引导下颈神经根脉冲射频联合银质针治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎关节活动度及炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Ultrasound-Guided Cervical Nerve Root Pulsed Radiofrequency Combined with Silver Needle Therapy on Cervical Joint Mobility and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的探究神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者采用超声引导下颈神经根脉冲射频联合银质针治疗的效果.方法选取本院2019年10月—2021年12月收治的CSR患者78例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组.对照组39例采用超声引导下颈神经根脉冲射频治疗,观察组39例在此基础上采用银质针治疗.比较两组患者的颈椎关节活动度及炎性因子水平.结果治疗前,两组的颈椎曲度、颈椎屈伸活动度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗21 d后,观察组的颈椎曲度为(7.43±0.81)mm,颈椎屈伸活动度为(88.54±7.52)°,均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗21 d后,观察组的各项指标水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论CSR患者采用超声引导下颈神经根脉冲射频联合银质针治疗的效果理想,可有效改善患者颈椎功能,减轻炎性反应,具有较高的推广应用价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with silver needle therapy in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods A total of 78 CSR patients admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group of 39 cases was treated with ultrasound-guided cervical nerve root pulsed radiofrequency,the observation group of 39 cases was treated with silver needle on this basis.The range of motion of cervical vertebrae and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cervical curvature and range of motion between the two groups(P>0.05);after 21 days of treatment,the cervical curvature of the observation group was(7.43±0.81)mm,and the range of motion of cervical flexion and extension was(88.54±7.52)°,which were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after 21 days of treatment,the levels of all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-Guided cervical nerve root pulsed radiofrequency combined with silver needle is effective in the treatment of CSR patients,which can effectively improve the cervical spine function and reduce the inflammatory response,and has high application value.
